I believe that each person is a unique individual and the expert of their own life. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. My work is rooted in the belief that a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation for growth and healing.
I offer counselling to adults experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. I can support you with issues related to work, school, interpersonal relationships, relationship loss, or life transition. I offer trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care in my therapy. I recognize how cultural identity, systemic barriers, and lived experiences shape who we are, and I honor that in the therapeutic process.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
